Cancellation Policy
It is Important that you provide good photos of existing services and advise us of any need for additional hoses or sundries for hook-up. Generally, we have common supplies, but additional costs may apply if our technicians must leave site for unexpected materials to accommodate for the labour or material costs associated. If your Booking Request is confirmed; Payment for the 2 Hour Service Call will be Required to be Paid in Full Prior to Scheduling Confirmation. To Rechedule, Please do so online at least 48 Hours Before Scheduled Booking Time. Sorry No Cancellations or Refunds within 72 Hours of a Scheduled Booking!
