Cancellation Policy

We Recommend that any jobs where you can have the Materials On-Hand Before We Arrive; This Will Assist us in Providing Greater Value. We Can Assist You With Materials Sourcing, but you are to be advised of the following: a) If required assistance with Materials Collection; Please let us know (Additional Costs May Apply) b) We recommend booking a week in advance if you require us to collect materials, as this helps us come prepared c) Customer is responsible for payment of all incurred cost of acquiring the required materials d) Any change to the collected materials will be done so at the cost of the client If your Booking Request is confirmed; Payment for the initial 2 Hours of Service will be Required to be Paid in Full Prior to Scheduling Confirmation. Should you require Project Pricing Before Project Start; Your Initial 2 Hour Booking will be used to provide you with the desired transparency and consultation before proceeding forward. Otherwise, we proceed hourly for best possible value! To Rechedule, Please do so online at least 48 Hours Before Scheduled Booking Time.
