Let Us Know: -What You Need Done -When You Want Your Initial Visit -Where You Are Located -Be Descriptive -Take Good Photos So we can give you the best service and most transparency possible! (( Please Note: A Minimum of 2 Hours of Service Must Be Paid in Advance if Booking is Confirmed )) NJ2S provides our 2 Hour Odd Job Booking as a way to provide what help we can for an allotted time. NJ2S reserves the right to refuse any work that is deemed un-actionable for any reason at time of booking by the on-site technician. We will aim to serve you every need; However, some requested issues may not within our capacity to resolve for reasons associated with liability, quality, safety, time or any other factor deemed relevant by the on-site technician.
Cancellation Policy
We Recommend that any jobs where you can have the Materials On-Hand Before We Arrive; This Will Assist us in Providing Greater Value. We Can Assist You With Materials Sourcing, but you are to be advised of the following: a) If required assistance with Materials Collection; Please let us know (Additional Costs May Apply) b) We recommend booking a week in advance if you require us to collect materials, as this helps us come prepared c) Customer is responsible for payment of all incurred cost of acquiring the required materials d) Any change to the collected materials will be done so at the cost of the client If your Booking Request is confirmed; Payment for the initial 2 Hours of Service will be Required to be Paid in Full Prior to Scheduling Confirmation. Should you require Project Pricing Before Project Start; Your Initial 2 Hour Booking will be used to provide you with the desired transparency and consultation before proceeding forward. Otherwise, we proceed hourly for best possible value! To Rechedule, Please do so online at least 48 Hours Before Scheduled Booking Time. Sorry No Cancellations or Refunds within 72 Hours of a Scheduled Booking!
